Get up early and make turmeric tea and keep it too steep and by 6:30 have a glass of turmeric tea turmeric tea is an excellent natural detoxifier and reduce bloating and inflammation along with increasing your metabolic rate it helps you reduce weight.



After the tea go for a 30-minute walk the reason why you need to incorporate exercise is you need to increase your body's metabolic rate and light exercise will keep you energetic throughout the day and also decrease your stress level.

This diet plan should be included into your lifestyle for weight loss and weight management so that you will not gain back the lost weight . After the exercise you need to have one cup of green tea this will also boost your energy levels. Matcha green tea is the Japanese green tea and is more beneficial than regular green tea.


Breakfast After two hour of having tea have one ripe banana for breakfast. Remember Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so do not skip it banana will keep you full till lunch time. For snacking I would recommend dates and almonds. one important thing you should drink plenty of water. Drinking water is very important as it keeps you hydrated and flushes out bad toxins.


Lunch should be protein-rich - meal which will keep you full for a long period. Dal with tomatoes and giving a FATCA or seasoning with 1 TSP ghee or coconut oil for this diet I highly recommend to use natural fat the cumin seeds will help with the digestion. I am using Himalayan salt which is also known as pink salt I am not using iodized salt. when you cook these dal and tomatoes you can also add curry leaf and sliced onion. Have a plate full of salads like sliced onions sliced tomatoes cucumber carrots and squeeze in half a lemon sprinkle in some Himalayan pink salt and some freshly crushed pepper.

For snaking you can use black chickpeas , nuts , 2 dates. 

 

Dinner should be had by 7:00 to 7:30 p.m. Do not have late dinner and just before you sleep at night have a glass of turmeric tea it will boost your metabolic rate while you sleep and also helps to lose weight.

Follow this diet plan for a month. There are no sugar in this diet plan the only sugar is natural sugar from the fruits only 1 TSP of natural fat is used as oil no fried snacks or baked goodies for one month and do not consume green tea after 3 p.m. as green tea has more caffeine content than regular green tea it may keep you awake at night.
